I can't view your newsletters

To view our newsletters you just need to have .pdf reader installed on your computer, such as Adobe Reader. Then all you need is click on the link to the newsletter and it wil display in your browser window. Alternatively you may right click and save-as. This will save the newsletter on your computer so you can read it later.

I can't contact you using the contact page

Ideally we would like you to use our contact page to reach us. It is the quickest and easiest way to get in touch. However, if you are having problems using the form and you are sure you are filling in everything correctly, you may email us directly via the email address at the top of everypage. Alternatively you can also call, fax or write us a letter. Please also inform us if you are having a problem.

The images in the big banner are not rotating

If the images are not rotating, you may not have javascript turned on in your browser. Please see the support page for the relavent browser at their website on instructions to turn this on. If you are sure this is enabled, it maybe that we have turned off the rotation so that we may change the pictures.

I have found a mistake on your website, where should I report it?

Oops, we made a mistake on the website. Please let us know through email via the contact page, and tell us which page and what the mistake was and we will have it corrected asap.

I'm using the search but can't find what im looking for, and it keeps returning pages that no longer exist

Unfortunately searches are not perfect. We are using a Google search in the hopes of making the search results more accurate and make it as easy as possible for you to use. However, due to a site change Google still knows of the old pages, over time they will be replaced. If you can't find the information you are looking for, please feel free to email or call, and we will be happy to help.
