Note for parents/spectators: Please be aware that all umpires/referees at our Intermediate tournaments are volunteers, and are usually college students. They always do the best they can, and will only become great umpires/referees with experience.  All Naenae Intermediate supporters are expected to be positive and encouraging. Negative comments and criticism aimed at teams, event organisers, or umpires is unacceptable, unhelpful, and reflects poorly on our school.
