Netball RegistrationPlease complete and submit the form below if your child is interested in playing Netball for Naenae Intermediate.
Netball is on every Saturday morning (usually between 8am and 4pm) at Taita Netball Courts, from the beginning of May to September. This is a huge commitment, not just on your child’s behalf – being at practices and playing the games, but also your family because your child needs to be transported to and from the Taita Netball Courts by you.
The cost of being in a team this year is $80. This fee covers Umpire fee, Netball Hutt Valley Association fee, netball uniforms and the Coaches gear bag which consists of – netballs, bibs, whistle, Coaches/Managers folders and a Gear Bag. ALL fees need to be paid before the end of this term. Those who do not pay ALL their fees will not be eligible to be placed in an NIS team this year. Those wanting to set up an Automatic Payment account will need to do this as soon as possible. The account details are as follows:
Naenae Intermediate BOT
123478 0006202 00
ALL players who trial for an NIS team WILL be placed in a team, provided we have enough coaches and fees are paid in full.
The school has netball uniforms, which the players borrow for the season and return in the same clean condition. For girls black shorts can be worn under uniforms but can not be longer than the dress.
Some teams are coached and managed by teachers, but we’d also love to hear from committed parents who would like to offer their skills and support to coach or manage a team for the season. You would need to hold a practice after school (lunchtime school activities are too numerous) as well as be at the game on Saturdays. If you have an interest in this area, please contact Marcia Waikato - firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do not get Coaches for teams then we will not be able to enter teams into the Saturday competition.
Any queries regarding netball please contact me by email on email@example.com
